Job Description
This position requires a detailed oriented person with strong communication skills. He or she has the responsibility to contribute to internal and external sales activities that contribute to our overall financial objectives. They must support and communicate with customers for the life of their order from order entry to shipment and beyond by representing the voice of our customers internally. This role also includes other post-shipment activities such as documentation submittal and collections, as defined when necessary.
Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Representative shall in general act according to the instructions and authorities given by the Supervisor, in line with the guidelines identified below:
- Supports customers to ensure documentation and submittals are accurate.
- Responsible for servicing customers with order entry, acknowledgements, status, complaints etc
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing etc) as required to address customer issues and needs.
- Communicating and collaborating with direct sales team and 3rd party agents
- Responsible for ensuring that all department processes and guidelines are adhered to (commercial/technical).
- Assist in updates and development of process improvements.
- Collaborate with national team to improve operating policies to mitigate risk.
- Participate in the bid/budget/planning preparation processes related to sales support and proposals, as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Technical software aptitude to be successful in role
Education
- High School Diploma or better
Experience
- 2-5 years of experience within customer service or customer support type business operations

- Clearly able to coordinate and manage solution-oriented issues.
- Displays and proves ability to transform a problem into a solution geared opportunity
