Practice Manager: Responsible for overseeing the functions and goals of the Essential Care At Home program. Including developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective department operations, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Manages the overall performance of the Essential Care At Home staff. Accountable for the Department’s collaboration with external partners. Accountable for maintaining department records and reports.
A Bachelor’s degree in social services, healthcare administration, nursing, or a closely related field and two years of supervisory experience required. A solid understanding of Medicare regulations and five years of healthcare management or other relevant experience required. A Master’s Degree in social services, healthcare administration, nursing, or a closely related field and medical office experience preferred. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing procedures and diagnostic codes. Ideal candidate should also have excellent written communication skills, strong verbal communication skills, superb time management skills, experience working with a variety of reports, and be proficient in Microsoft suite applications.
This is a Full time 40-hour position, with the ideal candidate having the ability to work from a home office, which requires high-speed internet access (10MB ). Starting salary range is $68,000 to $70,000.
