Job Description
The technology team is looking for a Product Manager to support Ares Wealth Management Solutions (AWMS). In this role, your duties will include managing the AWMS platforms like Salesforce, custom applications and team supporting the platform. A successful candidate for this role will possess a sound understanding of sales, marketing, and client service operations within asset management, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a self-starting attitude.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Salesforce administration, analysis, and support across all AWMS business lines including Sales, Marketing, Shareholder Operations, AREX, FAST, and Strategy Teams.
- Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized utilization.
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Managing the quality of the sales accounts, contacts, and other data within the CRM.
- Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
- Engaging with business stakeholders to evaluate their requirements and current challenges, clarify and document business requirements, and help design customized solutions.
- Collaborating with team members to provide support for new initiatives, including cross-team workstreams.
- Providing best-practice guidance to business stakeholders and internal teams. Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and achieve operational efficiencies.
- Establishing strong working relationships with business and technology teams to facilitate adoption and support of technical solutions.
- Engaging and actively participating in sprint and release planning discussions; driving efforts to support QA / UAT, user training, and change management throughout all planned iterations.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
230,000 - $250,000
