We are seeking an Warehouse Clerk to join the team in Valdosta, GA

Reports to: Head of Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the creation and record-keeping of internal and external inventory and shipping documentation.
- Must be able to greet, direct, and sign-in/out truck drivers while displaying Arglass-level customer service
- Ensuring the trucks have been loaded properly with the correct material
- Ability to direct forklift operators to loading/unloading tasks
- Collaborate with Warehouse Manager in establishing efficient processes for shipping ware and following those processes.
- Create Staging orders for operators to pick specific products to ship
- Generate necessary shipping documents (BOLs)
- Verify operators have completed a pre-inspection checklist
- Ensure written LPN traceability sheets match our internal inventory management system.
- Be able to analyze and correct mistakes made in the inventory system
- Enforce any applicable company policies and guidelines with the operators
- Able to understand shipping schedule and practice efficient dock management
- Ensure correct finished product was loaded onto trailers.
- Notify supervisor of any incidences of recurring equipment malfunctions, discrepancies in shipments, receipts, delays and corrective action taken and of any poor-quality material or supplies noted.
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment consistent with Arglass policies and procedures while striving for zero accidents.
- Maintain an effective working relationship within functional area and with other departments ensuring effective and timely communication.
- Partner with other department to resolve issue and create new solutions.
- Maintain administrative records and activities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluency in English required.
- Fluency in Spanish preferred.
- Previous administrative experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to traverse steps without assistance.
- Must be able to verbally communicate in potentially loud environments
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs unassisted.
- Vision: Must be able to make visual recognition of the working environment.
- Environment: Exposures encountered such as: hazardous materials, loud noise, and extreme heat.
- Hearing: Must be able to hear team members, alarms, mechanical sounds, and sounds of personnel distress
- Essential physical requirements such as climbing, bending, reaching, standing, stooping or typing.
- Standing and walking throughout a 12-hour shift.
