Sales Rep ajc
Responsibilities :
- Work within a team to provide top level customer service to the commercial and industrial boiler market.
- Maintain brand image and integrity by providing excellent service.
- Provide or assist with equipment selection and specification review / development.
Assist engineering customers with boiler room design, packaging boiler systems / controls, and aiding with product selection for
engineers, contractors, and end users.

Essential Job Requirements :
1. Comfortable with public communication, experience with Microsoft products, and computer knowledge
2. Strong interpersonal skills to objectively listen to, and understand consumer, contractor, and engineer needs.
3. Previous sales and customer service experience
4. Dedication to CRMs and keeping updated records of activity and customer information
5. Positive attitude
This position does require some travel, mainly within the Service territories (WI, MN, ND, SD & MI). Travel to include biannual sales team meetings and 1-2 Events & Tradeshows per year. Sporadic opportunities for additional travel may arise, if desired.
Preferred Not Required :
1. Associates | Bachelor’s Degree
2. Industrial equipment sales experience. Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
3. Proficiencies with Excel spreadsheets, AutoCAD, Inventor (or similar drafting software).
4. Experience in the Boiler Industry or a related field
5. Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus
