WORK MONDAY-THURSDAY, 4 10-HOUR SHIFTS
$25/hour
PURPOSE
Ensures customer satisfaction by processing orders and fulfilling customer needs
Essential Functions and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
· Processes new orders daily by receiving purchase orders through emails and customer portals and verifying pricing, revisions and methods and entering information into SYSPRO.
· Edits orders by updating information SYSPRO and coordinating changes with the necessary departments.
· Acknowledges all purchase orders by informing customers of pricing, shipping dates, anticipated delays and any other additional information required by the customer.
· Addresses customer concerns and requests by receiving and researching customer complaints and requests and getting back to the customer in a timely manner.
· Updates requests for the quote log, prints quotes from sales to have approved by the President and/or Vice President and sends quote letters to customers; sometimes required to include a cost sheet depending upon the customer.
· Initiates revision process for any changes on current products.
· Initiates new product flow process and ensures all required steps are completed based on company standards.
· Ensures timely delivery of products by conferring with necessary departments (Production, Sales, Materials) and customer to coordinate any expedite requests.
· Invoices customer charges daily by entering any additional charges into the system and sending invoices to customers.
· Credits customer accounts by verifying RMAs (Return Material Authorization) were issued to the customer, entering the credit into the computer system based on the reason for the return and rebilling the customer.
· Prepares various reports daily by generating and compiling data, including sales reports and OTD (On Time Delivery) reports.
· Files and maintains customer records to include quotes, purchase orders, packing slips, etc.
· Back-up telephone support

PREFERRED
· Familiar with Microsoft Office programs and SYSPRO software
· Experience in manufacturing industry
