Arizon Companies is Hiring a Construction Administrator Near St. Louis, MO

The Construction Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Construction Department. The Preconstruction Administrator will be responsible for Building Connected software management and administration, estimate management, issue and assist in bid solicitations, addenda, and other bid notifications, subcontractor bid effort calls, subcontract lunch and learns, document control for bid efforts, and any other special tasks assigned.

The Specifics of the Role:

  • Building Connected software management and administration
  • Issue and assist in bid solicitations, addenda, and other bid notifications
  • Precon Prequalification form management
  • Subcontractor contact management
  • Subcontractor bid effort calls
  • Document control for bid efforts
  • Project binder management
  • Electronic file and folder structure management
  • Assist in researching and evaluating new material pricing
  • Precon stationary management
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred
  • Update and maintain master subcontractor/ vendor database templates

Required:

  • 1-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Exccel, etc.)
  • Conceptual ability to work with minimum information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office, and Excel.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
