We are looking for a customer-oriented, experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, your main duty will be to focus on supporting all customers in a professional manner. If you love helping people and are customer-centric, you will also love this job!
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate the ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
- General computer skills
- Must speak Spanish
Responsibilities:
- Ability to deliver high quality customer service consistently in a professional manner
- Resolve questions and service issues for customers
- Responds to customer questions via inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Provides positive, consistent customer experiences by striving for excellence in understanding and resolving specific requests
