What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator of Campus Visits position at Arkansas Tech University?
The Coordinator for Campus Visit Experience reports to the Associate Director for CRM & Public Relations under the auspices of the Division of Student Affairs. This is a twelve-month, full time position.
- The Coordinator for Campus Visit Experience is responsible for the day-to-day planning and coordination of various campus visitation programs and campus tours.
- The coordinator will give admissions presentations and campus tours to prospective students and families, as well as large groups visiting campus.
- Responsible for the hiring, training, and supervision of student tour guides.
- Communicates professionally with contacts both internal and external to the university.
- Monitors and assists in recruitment data management with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
- Seeks out and generates innovative ideas for improving the campus tour experience.
- Supports event planning as needed.
- Adapts well to a rapidly changing environment.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
