We are actively recruiting for a Financial Counselor to operate in their branches. In this role you will deploy financial counseling and coaching programs within the membership and community to support impact, service, and growth initiatives. This position is the Credit Union’s subject matter expert on financial literacy and will coordinate with staff throughout the organization to integrate financial education into Remarkable Service delivery. The role involves providing expert financial guidance, supporting the expansion of financial education programs, and maintaining partnerships to enhance the Credit Union's community impact and support its strategic goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • Financial counseling certification and 3 years of active experience counseling and/or coaching individuals with measurable results.
  • Experience teaching financial literacy concepts and/or presenting in a public setting.
  • Experience working with a financial institution or similar, or equivalent experience.
  • Collaborative work style, ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and a strong work ethic, as well as an outgoing, positive personality.
  • Proficiency in the use of modern office equipment.
  • Strong working knowledge of word processing software including spreadsheets.
  • Ability to integrate technology into work processes to improve productivity and control.
