Position: Entry Level Recruiter

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: $45,000/yr uncapped commission!

Experience: Previous recruiting experience, preferred

Greene Resources is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Interview prospective candidates to evaluate potential
• Maintain accurate data & notes in a CRM (or other similar database)
• Conduct a high volume of "selling" or persuading activity aligned with the plan
• Formally present/pitch/propose products and services as solutions to established problems
• Conduct post-close administrative processes
• Communicate professionally with external parties
• Evaluate the quality of a lead/prospect according to standards
• Qualify leads/prospects according to standards
• Inspire confidence in prospects and leads
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate professionally
• Efficiently and effectively resolve problems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish priorities and multitask
• Ability to work independently with the ability to contribute as an effective team member
