The Compensation Associate will be part of a team that is responsible for accounting, allocating, planning, reporting, and administration of salary, bonus, equity based compensation and other types of remuneration paid to employees of the firm.
Responsibilities
$120,000-$130,000

The Compensation Associate will be part of a team that is responsible for accounting, allocating, planning, reporting, and administration of salary, bonus, equity based compensation and other types of remuneration paid to employees of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for recording the majority of monthly compensation entries including payroll, stock amortization, and compensation-based accruals
- Responsible for quarterly equity plan requirements including share deliveries, dividends, and retention
- Assist with employee equity-based compensation queries
- Ensure compensation recorded in the general ledger reconciles and is accurately reflected in the financial statements
- Review, analyze, and assist with quarterly analysis for the earnings release and 10Q/K
- Facilitate compensation related fund reimbursement process including fund invoicing, journal entries and fund inquiry resolution
- Validating financials statement support and compliance with SEC reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- CPA preferred
- Strong U.S GAAP and technical accounting knowledge
- Experience with OneStream and PeopleSoft a plus
- Proficiency in Excel required
