Part Time Art Instructor Internship to possible hire (Internship is unpaid, but we hope to hire staff and will come on to be paid after 2 weeks of internship training)

We are looking for enthusiastic people to join us at the studio teaching art to kids and adults! We are going to be offering all the training so there is no experience necessary, but it is a plus. This is an unpaid internship program that will be for 2 weeks starting within the month. We will be hiring people that fit the best with the studio and our current staff at the end of the internship. We want people who can be with us long term, a year or more would be great! If you are looking to apply to this position you must meet these requirements:

MUST be available at least 4 days a week between the hours of 2-7 from Monday thru Friday and Saturday morning from 9-2 (you won't be working all of these hours as the schedule changes. Most days you work for 3 hours. You just need to be available during this time as the schedule changes day to day)

MUST be available to attend a 2 week unpaid internship during these times to learn art.

MUST have a reliable form of transportation. (although we are looking for help in Santee, you will be required to drive to our other locations from time to time so having a car is best)

MUST love kids!

MUST be open to the possibility of working at the studio for at least a year.

MUST be able to drive primarily to our Santee location but willing to drive to our other locations in Bonita and La Mesa for training.

Please understand that this is a very part time job and the hours of work are typically between 12-20 hours per week. This is a great position if you are a student looking to fill some time for some extra change in your pocket or as a second job. We will be paying based on training with our company so the longer you work with us the better the pay.
