Grading General Laborer
Location: Kings Mountain, NC (Daily travel within ~1 hour, home daily)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, starting around 7:00 AM (Weekend work required if scheduled)
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Grading General Laborer to join our team! This role involves both physical labor and equipment operation, working on various job sites within an hour of Kings Mountain. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and handling a variety of grading and excavation tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Transport equipment and materials by pulling a trailer behind a company truck
- Operate skid steers and other heavy equipment as needed
- Perform manual labor, including digging, grading, and site preparation
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Follow safety guidelines and project instructions
- Work weekends when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
