Work Type: Full Time - Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with the ability to work additional hours as needed.
Position is located at 801 John Barrow Road Suite 1, Little Rock, AR.
SUMMARY : The Human Resource Generalist (SS) is an individual contributor who administers various human resource plans and procedures. The incumbent assists managers with associate relation issues and answers general policy, practice and benefit questions for all associates. The incumbent has a basic understanding of business disciplines and the application of well-defined techniques and procedures. Ensures legal requirements and Bank Group policy requirements are met with regard to record keeping for each associate. The Human Resource Generalist (SS) must possess a unique blend of collaborative working relationship skills to advise and assist assigned supervisors and managers in handling coaching, counseling, and disciplinary issues with their respective associates. Incumbents must be able to handle highly confidential information, such as all associates' salaries, associate disciplinary matters, etc. in a professional manner.
