About the Role:
Job Title: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer
Overview:
We seek a skilled IAM Engineer to manage and optimize identity processes, ensure secure provisioning and de-provisioning, and support enterprise IAM solutions. This role involves technical expertise, leadership, and a customer-focused approach to resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and data movement.
- Administer MIM, LDAP, and Active Directory.
- Lead IAM projects and collaborate with teams.
- Integrate HR systems (e.g., Workday) with IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint).
- Engage with customers and troubleshoot incidents.
- Provide on-call support for critical issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in identity data management and IAM technologies.
- Expertise in MIM, LDAP, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with HR systems and IAM platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IAM or SailPoint certifications are nice to have.
- Experience with security compliance and automation tools.
Locations: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $115K– $135K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
