The firm is currently seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney with 2 to 7 years of experience to join its team and manage a diverse caseload of complex insurance defense matters, including personal injury, property damage, and liability-related cases. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of insurance law, the ability to independently manage cases, and a dedication to achieving favorable client outcomes. This is an on-site position at the Denver office with a billable hour requirement of 1700 hours annually. The successful candidate will be a motivated attorney with a proven track record in insurance defense.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in insurance defense matters, including personal injury, property damage, and liability claims.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and conducting depositions and trial preparation.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations, and provide effective legal counsel to protect their interests.
- Manage a caseload independently, ensuring efficient case handling and timely resolution.
- Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution methods to resolve cases favorably.
- Maintain a high standard of client service and professionalism.
- Meet the firm’s annual billable hour requirement of 1700 hours.
Qualifications:

Salary : $110,000 - $185,000
