ASCENDO RESOURCES is Hiring a Dispatcher Near Newark, NJ
Logistics company in Newark, NJ is currently looking to hire a 2nd shift Dispatcher for their growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes
- Scheduling freight to be picked up and delivered
- Providing shipping details to customers
- Reviewing logs of truck drivers
- Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries
- Completing paperwork related to shipments, such as invoices
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries
- Make appointments for containers
Qualifications:
- 1 year of dispatching experience
- Knowledge of working with the Port required
- Bilignual a plus
- Knowledge of Profit Tools (big plus)
