This position is responsible for providing exemplary customer service at the front desk by greeting patients, visitors, and employees.

Responsibilities:

• Patient registration
• Insurance verification
• Patient check-out
• Promptly greets patients upon arrival and take down information
• Communicate wait times

Qualifications:

• Medical Front Desk experience
• 1 years of customer service experience in a medical facility
