The Pricing Manager will support the pricing team with report creation, data maintenance, research, & development of analytical frameworks which drive incremental profit through the three-tier beverage value chain. Individual will partner with pricing team to create & maintain analytical tools which evaluate market conditions & product performance, competitive considerations, & pricing effectiveness. Individual will be aid in administration of data & system enhancements, as well as general administration of recurring business processes (price increases, budgets, forecasts).

Responsibilities

• Develops & maintains reporting & analytical tools using internal pricing & sales data and external syndicated retail data
• Work closely with sales and marketing to deliver reporting & analysis supporting evaluation of pricing strategy & market/portfolio performance
• Maintain pricing data on a market-by-market basis including non-promoted price, promoted price, competitive pricing and promotional calendar in company’s proprietary system.
• Support analysis, execution & administration of all pricing changes.
• Monitor competitive pricing & customer adherence to internal pricing recommendations
• Streamline reporting & processes for pricing communication – both internally & externally
• Play a key role in defining new business processes and maintaining the pricing system

Position Requirements

• Undergraduate business degree, preferably with emphasis in finance or business analytics preferred
• Financial or business analysis experience
• Strong organization, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions/processes.
• Good people skills to manage information-gathering requests and have a positive influence on team members.
• Proficient at Microsoft Excel and able to quickly learn various in-house software applications.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
