Ascendo Resources is actively seeking a Recruiter to for a 3-6 month temporary project on Long Island! This individual will assist with sourcing, screening and placing candidates in open roles around the US.

Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9-5:30pm

Job Description:

• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Coordinates the recruitment process, attending and conducting interviews with the hiring team.
• Schedules interviews, oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other details.

Qualifications:

• 6 months of experience in a recruiting setting
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS!
