ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest bookings and payments.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and guest areas.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guests have a seamless experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to routinely, stand and walk for long periods of time;
- may be required to sit for long periods of time; use hands and fingers repetitively; view computer screens for long periods of time;
use office equipment, including a telephone; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel or crouch and frequently required to walk, climb stairs, talk and hear.
- May be required to regularly lift and / or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and / or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS :
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
