Responsibilities:
- Set up breakfast area before guests arrive
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, including hot and cold foods, beverages, and pastries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast area throughout the morning
- Restock breakfast items as needed
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
