Property Management

Great opportunity for an Experienced Property manager or someone that is currently a leasing or assistant manager. We are a Professional Property Management company that owns and manages properties throughout central Indiana. This position is based out of our corporate office located at 2425 N Meridian street. The ideal candidate would have experience in leasing, customer service, internet marketing and basic maintenance knowledge. Property locations are within a 2 mile radius of our location at 2425 N Meridian street and would require a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. A company cell phone and mileage reimbursement are provided. Unlike a lot of these positions, there would be no stress of dealing with a high rate of vacant apartments to lease on the hire date. All properties currently have a very high occupancy rate and in high demand.

Additional Qualifications and Skills

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills, good social media skills for marketing

High energy person that is organized & detail oriented.

· Ability to take initiative and be proactive

· Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task and prioritize

· Appfolio or Yardi property management software experience a must.

The hours for this position are M-F from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
