Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities and needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client goals and needs
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to help clients improve their physical, cognitive, and motor skills
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
- Document clients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
- Stay up-to-date with current research and evidence-based practices in occupational therapy
- Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
- Other duties as assigned
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and ability to apply them in practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
