Position Summary
This position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus!
Athletic trainer recognizes, manages, and rehabilitates injuries to athletes. Provides techniques for prevention of injuries and instructs/trains on safe exercise techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Provides athletic training services in clinic, at schools and within the community
- Evaluates and manages injuries and determines whether a referral is necessary.
- Maintains a medical file on each athlete and acts as a liaison between the physician and the athlete.
- Prepares athletes for practice or competition.
- Develops conditioning programs for injured and non-injured athletes.
- Implements treatment and rehabilitation programs under the supervision of a physician.
Minimum Qualifications
- Obtain Utah Athletic Trainer license
- National Athletic Trainer Association (NATA) certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.98 - $32.37 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
