Job Title : Software Engineer 2- Checkout & Wishlist Team

Location : Seattle, WA 98101 (Hybrid 3 Days / Week)

Duration : 6 Months (Potential to Extension / Hire)

Schedule : 8 AM -5 PM (40 hrs / week)

Pay Rate Range : $65 - $67 on W2

Job Description :

Join Clients Checkout & Wishlist Team as a Software Engineer 2, contributing to the design, development, and testing of key features for the next-generation checkout platform. Engage with partner teams to deliver top-notch customer experiences at the heart of conversion funnel.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with local and partner teams for seamless integration
• Participate in agile development and planning processes
• Write maintainable code for RESTful services, event-driven systems, databases, and cloud infrastructure following secure coding practices
• Demonstrate a foundational understanding of engineering standards, concepts, and principles
• Design interactions between modules and monitor business metrics
• Conduct automated testing to ensure code quality
• Identify and optimize performance issues in solutions and infrastructure
• Create custom metrics, alerts, and dashboards for effective monitoring
• Ensure adherence to best engineering practices throughout the solution
• Engage in code reviews and collaborate with software engineers on design and best practices
