We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Supervise staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee night audit processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve service delivery.
- Manage human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of hotel staff.
- Maintain effective communication with guests to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor hotel performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve operational goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to create an efficient workflow and optimize resource allocation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar leadership role within the hotel industry.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective guest interactions.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit procedures.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in resort management is a plus but not mandatory.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
