Description :
The Project Manager manages key client projects.
Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
Oversee all aspects of projects.
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.
Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
Responsibilities :
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Execute a wide range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal through development, test and final delivery.
Formulates partnerships between customer, suppliers and staff. Anticipates potential project related problems.
Utilizes refined techniques for identifying, eliminating or mitigating solution, project, and business risk.
Understands customer, industry and business trends and applies this understanding to meet project objectives.
As appropriate, challenges the validity of given procedures and processes with a view toward enhancement or improvement.
Analyzes information and situations and implement actions, independently and or through the management team to ensure project objectives are met.
Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
Requirements :
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Project Manager
