Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability for ongoing projects
- Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, and distribution
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records
- Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies or variances
- Coordinate with purchasing team to ensure timely reorder of inventory items
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory management systems
- Assist in implementing inventory management best practices and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory control processes
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend appropriate actions
- Prior experience in inventory management or related role is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Associate degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
- Prior experience in the information technology industry is a plus
