Applicants must have general knowledge in a variety of skilled trades including elements of construction/installation, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Requirements:
- HVAC or EPA Certification required
- Basic drywall
- Punch skills
- Basic Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Basic Electrical
- Appliance Repair Knowledge
- Apartment Service Request Experience preferred
- Must be available for flexible schedule to include emergency on-call rotation
- All other duties as assigned
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
