What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an up-beat and experienced Contract Recruiter to join our team on a 1-year contract. This role will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization’s growth and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle recruitment, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. This role is required to be onsite 3 days a week at our Durham, NC headquarters.

What You Will Do:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Communicate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication with frequent updates and feedback.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics.
• Offer strategic insights and recommendations to improve hiring processes.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with local employment laws and organizational policies.

What We Require:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, job boards, and networking.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to attend job fairs at local universities
