Job Title: Graphic Design/Print Specialist
Location: Hastings, NE
Pay: $14-16/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5:30 PM | Saturday, 9 AM - 1:30 PM
We are seeking a creative and reliable Graphic Design/Print Specialist to join a great team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and printing a variety of materials such as business cards, posters, flyers, invitations and more. You will also be required to assist customers by showing portfolio examples, performing photo editing and utilizing industry-standard design software including Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe products.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to discuss design preferences and present portfolio examples.
- Design and print business cards, posters, flyers, invitations and other promotional materials.
- Perform photo editing and adjustments using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook & Instagram) to promote services and engage with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service assisting clients with their design and print needs.
- Work independently and manage multiple tasks while ensuring timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
- Some experience in graphic design is required (portfolio examples must be provided).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and communication.
- Reliable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to adhere to dress code: logo shirts (provided), jeans (no holes) and closed-toe shoes.
