Title: Vice President of Claim Operations

Location: Torrance, CA

Compensation: \(250k - \)300k On-Target Earnings

We are seeking a seasoned executive leader to spearhead our Claim Operations team. This pivotal role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and is instrumental in steering operational excellence across our claims functions. The Vice President of Claim Operations will oversee both adjusting and field claim operations, ensuring that claim performance aligns with service standards while also enhancing employee and network satisfaction as reflected by Net Promoter Scores (NPS). The VP will be responsible for managing costs within budget constraints and promoting a culture of accountability throughout the claims teams.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive compensation package of \(250k - \)300k On-Target Earnings (OTE).
• Base salary of \(175k plus performance-based bonuses targeting \)30k quarterly, uncapped.
• 401k plan with a 10% match (eligible after 1 year of service).
• Eligibility for Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits, including HSA or FSA eligible medical plans.
• 8 paid company holidays 1 floating holiday (eligible after 90 days of employment).
• 64 hours of Paid Sick Leave annually.
