Concierge Agent/ Customer Service Representative ( $18/hr. Las Vegas, 89135)

Skills & Qualifications:

1 plus year of Hospitality or travel experience required (Luxe Hotel/Travel booking and experience in reservations highly preferred)

Call Center experience highly preferred but not required

GDS Experience/Software experience is a HUGE plus:

The different GDS systems are:

• Amadeus
• Sabre
• Worldspan
• Galileo

Pay: $18/hr. and/or $27/hr. for weekend shifts

Schedule: 40 hours a week. M-F 8-5 PST for 6 weeks.

-After training, need someone who is able to work a second shift Monday-Sunday 3:00pm-11:00pm. Will have 2 consecutive days off. If working the weekend, candidates will be paid 1.5x their hourly pay.

Description:

• Actively seeking strong customer service representatives to support their clients of a high-end concierge/hospitality credit card service
• All high-end credit cards offer a concierge service for their customers, which they can ask for booking travel, ticket reservations, and fine dining reservations
• A day in the life will be on the phone the entire shift, where agents will be taking calls, responding to emails and following up on client’s requests
• Not a stressful work environment but could be dealing with complaints. Most common are flight booking and hotel booking requests
• Volume of calls will vary but on average agents could be looking at around 15-20 calls per day
