Job Summary:

Essential Job Functions
- Represent the clinic to the community in a consistently positive and effective manner.
- Works in conjunction with Medical Director to provide leadership and management of clinical areas.
- Provide dental care meeting current dental standards of care.
- Assist Medical Director with the Performance Improvement Committee and the Peer Review function
- Develops and implements (following Board approval) dental policies, procedures and systems to ensure quality patient care and outstanding customer relations.
- Recommend purchases, as necessary and provides input for annual budget preparation.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and county rules, regulation and statues
- Participates with grant writing by recognizing areas where funds are needed.
- Participates as needed with fundraising efforts.
- Assists in maintaining grant requirement as pertains to clinical areas.
