Our entry-level Financial Services Advisor Training Program is designed to fast-track your growth, equipping you with skills across all areas of retail banking. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
- Resolve account discrepancies, address customer inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
- Open checking and savings accounts, enroll customers in online banking, and educate them about eServices.
- Promote bank products and services that align with customers' needs.
- Uphold bank policies and procedures to ensure customer privacy and security.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and present a professional appearance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent coursework, training, or experience required.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred.
- Sales and cash-handling experience is a plus.

This is a 20-hour position: Monday - Wednesday: 10:30am - 3:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 12:30pm
