Showroom Salesperson

Atlanta Office Furniture is seeking a talented and motivated showroom salesperson to join our dynamic team. The market demand for office furniture in the metro area is expanding and we are the leaders in our industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping clients find the perfect office furniture solutions to meet their needs. This is an introductory position in our Company and you will be working with our veteran Account Managers. The goal is to have you grow and learn to become an Account Manager yourself, calling on our commercial trade.

• Key Responsibilities:** - Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and answering inquiries. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture options. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest trends in office furniture. Process sales transactions and handle customer orders efficiently. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure a positive purchasing experience. Follow up with our operations people to confirm deliveries are on time and accurate. Assist in showroom setup and maintenance to ensure an inviting environment. Assist with internet marketing and web site maintenance. Learn our space planning software.
• Qualifications:** Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or furniture sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A professional, friendly demeanor and polished look. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Passion for customer service with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Basic computer skills for processing sales and managing inventory.
