Our ideal candidate is someone who has at least 3-5 years of experience working as a Finance Manager for an automotive dealership. You must be a self-starter who is compliant, good with paperwork, and on top of funding deals quickly.

Responsibilities
- Acts as liaison between the dealership and the lending partners
- Utilizes a menu-based selling process
- Presents financial services products in a transparent and compliant manner to every customer
- Ensures every customer gets turned over to Finance
- Tracks portfolios with lenders
- Reviews and inspects the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals as well as the accuracy of all documents produced in the department
- Demonstrates complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals while also looking out for the dealership's best interests as a whole
- Ensures adherence to the F&I reporting requirements of the company
- Observes all federal, state, local, and company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
- Ensures that the required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
- Provides timely and accurate reports as required
- Ensures all sales targets are met or exceeded
- Maintains accurate sales documentation
- Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some post-high school education or training preferred
- At least 3-5 years of experience working as a Finance Manager of a reputable, large-volume dealership
- Strong leadership skills
- Process-driven and able to initiate, implement, and monitor processes
- Unwavering commitment to customer service
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Strong work ethic, excellent communications skills, and attention-to-detail
- Computer-savvy and team-oriented
- Reynolds Dealertrack RouteOne experience required
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, management, and others
