About the Role:
Atlas Real Estate manages both small multi-family (under 100 units) and single-family homes. As a Maintenance Tech, you would work with a Portfolio Manager and an Assistant Portfolio Manager to complete work orders and unit turns. Work Orders involve scheduling, troubleshooting, communicating issues to the Portfolio Manager or the Assistant Portfolio Manager, and repairing the problems. Overtime must be approved. Responsibilities:
- Work Orders - Respond, troubleshoot, track, execute
- Unit Turns/Make Readies - Pre-turn walks, Coordination with turn coordinator, Ordering materials, Strong Communication with your team and residents, Execution of work
