Job Overview
Ships all domestic and international shipments, and receives all shipments by unloading, verifying, and processing through EBS system.
Ensures all materials requiring special storage conditions are received into the correct locations. Ensures all TRV materials are properly labeled and dispositioned properly per the NCR.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Pick and prepare product for domestic and international shipments
- Systematically scan all lot and / or serial numbers match against the packing slip
- Verify all parts, quantities, lot and / or serial numbers match against the packing slip
- Prepare all shipping documentation for domestica and international shipments
- Responsible for all incoming deliveries
- Verifies and processes all incoming deliveries
- Calculate samples counts for inventory items, properly labels for QC / Warehouse traceability and delivers all samples to Incoming QC for inspection
- Notify personnel of non-inventory items received
- Ensure all NCR material is properly labeled, logged, and placed in quarantine
- Operation material handling equipment such as forklift or pallet jack to transport stock within warehouse and load and unload trucks, as required
- Responsible for ensuring a streamlined product flow from unloading, receiving processes, delivery to QCR and Put Away locations
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing environment
- A minimum of two years Oracle experience
- Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word / Excel) are required
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Aptitude to read instructions and follow directions required
- Must demonstrate the ability to interact tactfully and positively with co-workers, management, customer and the public
- Experience in operating scanning equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
- Safety oriented with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Be able to obtain a DOT Medical card
