Our Client, one of the largest vertically run ophthalmology administrative services organizations in the mid-Atlantic region, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their fast-paced office.
Salary / Hourly Rate :
25 / hr - $30 / hr
Position Overview :
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and supporting company-wide recruiting efforts. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is also responsible for promoting a company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to ensure candidates, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders have a pleasant experience. This is a hybrid-remote position, based out of the headquarters located in New Providence, NJ.
Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist :
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide timely and clear communication to candidates regarding interview status and job opportunities.
- Handle any candidate inquiries and provide support as needed throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the Recruiting team's shared calendar to schedule interviews, meetings, and other essential events.
- Coordinate interview times with candidates, hiring managers, and other team members.
- Prepare interview schedules and materials for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Proactively adjust interview schedules as needed to accommodate candidate availability and team requirements.
- Assist the Recruiting team with administrative tasks, such as document management, file organization, and data entry.
- Maintain a well-organized talent profile database and keep relevant information up-to-date.
- Support candidate screening and evaluation processes by gathering and collating candidate information.
