Assignment Overview:
A long-term assignment with Monday-Friday, day shifts, including some remote work flexibility. The position supports a state-of-the-art radiation oncology department managing 30-40 patients/day.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Medical Physics.
- Certification: Certified by the American Board of Radiology in Therapeutic Physics.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in operating radiation-related equipment, including experience in SBRT, SRS, and HDR.
- Equipment Knowledge: Preference for familiarity with Varian equipment, including TrueBeam, Aria, and Eclipse.
Equipment & Systems Utilized:
EMR Systems: ARIA RO Treatment EMR , Hospital EMR: Epic
Radiation Equipment: CT Simulator: Siemens SomaTom (2015)
Linear Accelerators:
- - Varian TrueBeam w/ CBCT, VMAT, The Edge SRS Package (includes Vision RT/OSMS)
- - Varian Trilogy w/ CBCT, VMAT (replacement expected in 2026)
- - HDR: Elekta-Nucletron Flexitron HDR with Oncentra
- - Treatment Planning Software: Varian Eclipse (6 workstations)
Specialized Capabilities:
- - 3D-EBRT, IMRT, VMAT
- - SBRT & SRS
- - DIBH (Deep Inspiration Breath Hold)
- - HDR brachytherapy
- - Advanced QA and immobilization equipment

Pay: $135.00 - $150.00 per hour
