Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool team, providing exceptional care across various Med/Surg units in Fargo. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to the diverse needs of our patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive head-to-toe assessments for patients in multiple units.
- Administer medications through various routes in accordance with established protocols.
- Formulate and document individualized care plans based on patient assessments and needs.
- Provide skilled care for wounds, lines, and drains to promote optimal recovery.
- Utilize Epic EMR for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
- Operate essential medical equipment, including Accudose Rx, Alaris IV pumps, and Philips vital sign monitors.
- Participate in patient and family education to enhance understanding and compliance with treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Education: Current RN license in North Dakota or compact state.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience in a busy, large hospital (200 beds). Previous float pool experience is highly preferred.
- Certifications: BLS certification (must be AHA).

Pay: $68.00 - $70.00 per hour
