Responsibilities
- Verifying insurance and making appointments for patients
- Helping patients pick out frames and educating patients on lens material and features
- Submitting claims to insurance
- Processing glasses and contact lens orders
Qualifications
- ABO certification is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience working within optometry, optical sales and/or ophthalmology is a plus
- Has a good personality and is comfortable working with people
- Willing to learn and be trained
