Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Clerk III to join our team at the San Francisco Yard. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks to support our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Intake and Log Invoices: Receive, review, and accurately log all incoming invoices.
• Route Invoices for Approval: Ensure invoices are properly routed to the appropriate departments or individuals for approval.
• Pay Invoices: Process invoice payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• File Invoices: Maintain organized and up-to-date invoice files for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
• Prepare Transaction Reports: Generate and prepare detailed transaction reports as required.
• Process Deposits: Handle and process financial deposits with accuracy and attention to detail.

Special Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of one year of accounting experience is required.
