Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Principal to lead our educational institution. As the Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of school operations, including curriculum development, staff management, and strategic planning to ensure the highest standards of education are met.

Duties

• Manage daily school operations and ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
• Provide leadership in curriculum development to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Supervise and evaluate teaching staff, providing support and professional development opportunities.
• Develop and manage the school budget to ensure financial stability and resource allocation.
• Engage with parents, community members, and stakeholders to promote the school’s mission and vision.
• Implement strategic planning initiatives to improve school performance and student achievement.
• Oversee fundraising efforts to support school programs and resources.
• Foster a positive school culture that promotes academic excellence, respect, and inclusivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
