Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination and delivery of patient care and the application of the nursing process
- Accountable for clinical oversight and positive clinical outcomes
- Supervise and lead CNAs & QMAs

*Includes hourly sign-on bonus and is dependent on whether you are a RN or LPN, full, part-time or PRN and which Full or Part-Time NO benefit plan selected. Once the maximum sign-on bonus is paid, the base hourly rate will revert to the existing published rate at that time. Sign On Bonus not applicable to Weekend Baylor Program or PRN.

Requirements
Requirements of the Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensed in the State of Indiana
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
- Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
Salary : $30 - $44
