- Ability to lift various items from floor to bench height in the course of assembly activities (50 pounds)
- Ability to differentiate colors (i.e., working components)
- This position requires the use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
Responsibilities
- Job Summary - Assembles routine electrical and mechanical equipment using common hand and power tools
- Builds equipment from assembly procedures, blueprints, engineering sketches, and verbal instructions
- Works under direct supervisor
- Performs routine and repetitive assembly tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment
- Builds equipment from assembly procedures, blueprints, engineering sketches, and verbal instructions
- Recognizes defective or damaged parts and incorrect sizes
- Complies with acceptable quality standards using appropriate hand and power tools
- Adheres to company health and safety standards
- Performs other duties as required or assigned (under direct supervision if necessary)
