We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during various events, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. As a Banquet Server, you will work closely with the catering team to set up, serve, and clean up after events while maintaining a high standard of food safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decorations.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
Buss tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the event.
Maintain knowledge of menu items and provide recommendations to guests.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during events.
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in the breakdown and clean-up of banquet areas after events.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in catering or restaurant settings, is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
